AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Building and Services Ordinance

19244928.

BE it ordained by the Governor-General in and over the Executive Council, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Commonwealth of Australia, with the advice of the Federal Seat of Government Acceptance Act 1909 and the Seat of Govern-
ment (Administration) Act 1910-1933, as follows:—

1.— (1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Building and short title and

Services Ordinance 1934. olt*tlon-

(2.) The Building and Services Ordinance 1924-1928 is in this

Ordinance referred to as the Principal Ordinance.

(3.) The Principal Ordinance, as amended by this Ordinance,

may be cited as the Building and Services Ordinance 1924-1934.

2. Section one A of the Principal Ordinance is amended by Deaniuon.

inserting in the definition of " Services " after the word " elec- tricity " the words ", the hiring and supply of electrical stoves and other electrical heating appliances, the provision of aerial masta and fittings in connection with wireless receivers ".
