s1 3 s4 Building and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation No. 326, 2007 (No. 3) 2007 Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Building and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2007 . Part 2 Amendment of Building Regulation 2006 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Building Regulation 2006. 3 Amendment of s 7 (Additional water saving targets) Section 7, ‘QDC part 25’— omit, insert— ‘QDC part 4.2’. 4 Amendment of s 10 (Planning scheme provisions about particular performance criteria under QDC part 11 or QDC part 12) (1) Section 10, ‘QDC part 11 or QDC part 12’— omit, insert— ‘QDC part 1.1 or QDC part 1.2’. (2) Section 10(3)— omit, insert — ‘(3) In this section— QDC part 1.1 means part 1.1 of the document called ‘Queensland Development Code’, which was published by the department on its website on 16 November 2007.

s5 4 s6 Building and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation No. 326, 2007 (No. 3) 2007 QDC part 1.2 means part 1.2 of the document called ‘Queensland Development Code’, which was published by the department on its website on 16 November 2007.’. 5 Replacement of ss 51A–51BA Sections 51A to 51BA— omit, insert— ‘51A Approval of replacement QDC parts ‘(1) The replacement of all parts of the QDC with the parts stated in schedule 1A and published on 16 November 2007 (the new parts ), is approved under section 13(3) of the Act. ‘(2) The approval takes effect on 1 January 2008. ‘(3) For section 15 of the Act, schedule 1A states any former part of the QDC that the new parts replaced.’. 6 Insertion of new sch 1A After schedule 1— insert—
