Building and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2011 Part 3 Amendment of Plumbing and Drainage Regulation 2003 [s 5] Part 3 Amendment of Plumbing and Drainage Regulation 2003 5 Regulation amended This part amends the PlumbingandDrainageRegulation 2003. 6 Amendment of s 10 (Fees payable to board) Section 10, heading, ‘board’— omit, insert— ‘ PIC ’. 7 Amendment of sch 1 (Qualifications, practical experience and scope of work for plumbers and drainers licences) (1) Schedule 1, item 1, column 2, paragraphs (b) to (d)— omit, insert— ‘(b) a certificate of competency in plumbing approved by PIC; or (c) a foreign licence as a plumber approved by PIC; or (d) a qualification at least equivalent to the qualification mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) approved by PIC’. (2) Schedule 1, item 2, column 2, paragraphs (b) to (d)— omit, insert— ‘(b) a certificate of competency in draining approved by PIC; or (c) a foreign licence as a drainer approved by PIC; or (d) a qualification at least equivalent to the qualification mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) approved by PIC’.
