Part 2 Amendment of Building Regulation 2006 2 Regulation amended This part amends the Building Regulation 2006. 3 Amendment of s 51BE (Approval of amendment of QDC by replacing part MP 4.1) (1) Section 51BE(1), ‘10 September 2012’— omit, insert— ‘15 January 2013’. (2) Section 51BE(2), ‘1 November 2012’— omit, insert— ‘1 February 2013’. 4 Amendment of s 51BEA (Approval of amendment of QDC by replacing part MP 4.2) (1) Section 51BEA(1), ‘10 September 2012’— omit, insert— ‘15 January 2013’.
