Levy Repeal Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

By Command of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Building and Construction Industry
Training Levy Repeal Regulations 2006.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 January 2007.

3.            Regulations repealed

The Building and Construction Industry Training Levy
Regulations 2001 are repealed.
