Building and Construction Industry Training Levy Regulations 2001

1.Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Building and Construction Industry Training Levy Regulations 2001.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 February 2001 unless they are published in the Gazette after that day, in which case they come into operation on the day on which they are published in the Gazette.

3.Rate of levy

For the purposes of section 5 of the Act 0.182% is prescribed.
