Building and Construction Industry Training Levy Act 1999

1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Building and Construction Industry Training Levy Amendment Regulation 2024 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Building and Construction Industry Training Levy Regulation 2001.

4. New section 4

   insert

5. Approved training—Act, s 28 (4), def approved training

   Any training delivered by a registered training organisation is declared to be approved training.
