COLLECTION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Building and Construction Industry Training

Fund and Levy Collection Amendment Regulations 1993.

Principal regulations

By His Excellency's Command, D. G. BLIGHT, Clerk of the Council.

2. In these regulations the Building and Construction Industry Training Fund and

Levy Collection Regulations 1991* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 3 amended

3. Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is amended—

(a) in paragraph (a), by deleting "$6 000 or less; and" and substituting the following-

" $10 000 or less; or "; and

(b) in paragraph (b), by deleting "who is not substantially engaged in" and substituting the following-

" whose primary activity is not related to ".

Regulation 6 amended

4.    Regulation 6 (b) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "the building

materials" and substituting the following-

" all goods (including manufactured goods) forming part of the construction
work ".
