s1 2 s5 Building and Construction Industry (Portable Long No. 288, 2004 Service Leave) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Building and Construction Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2004 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 January 2005. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the BuildingandConstructionIndustry (Portable Long Service Leave) Regulation 2002. 4 Amendment of s 11 (Additional levy—Act, s 80(7)) Section 11(1), ‘0.075%’— omit, insert— ‘0.175%’. 5 Amendment of s 13 (Refund of levy—Act, s 81(2)) Section 13(1) and (2), ‘0.075%’— omit, insert— ‘0.175%’.
