2 Building and Construction Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Amendment (No. 2) No. 111, 1994 PART 1—PRELIMINARY ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Building and Construction Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1994 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation is taken to have commenced on 18 February 1994. PART 2—AMENDMENT OF BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY (PORTABLE LONG SERVICE LEAVE) REGULATION 1992 ˙ Regulation amended 3. This Part amends the Building and Construction Industry (PortableLong Service Leave) Regulation 1992 . ˙ Insertion of new ss 12A and 12B 4. After section 12— insert— ˙ ‘Declaration of reciprocating States and Territories (s 81 of the Act) ‘12A. The following States and Territories are reciprocating States and Territories under the Act— (a) New South Wales; (b) South Australia; (c) Victoria; (d) Western Australia; (e) Australian Capital Territory.

PART 3—AMENDMENT OF BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY (PORTABLE LONG SERVICE LEAVE) AMENDMENT REGULATION (NO. 1) 1994 ˙ Regulation amended 5.
