Building and Construction Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Building and Construction Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 September 2008. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the BuildingandConstructionIndustry (Portable Long Service Leave) Regulation 2002. 4 Amendment of s 7 (Prescribed percentage for levy—Act, s 72) Section 7(b), ‘0.125%’— omit, insert — ‘0.2%’.
