s1 2 s4 Building and Construction Industry (Portable Long No. 32, 2006 Service Leave) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Building and Construction Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the BuildingandConstructionIndustry (Portable Long Service Leave) Regulation 2002. 3 Amendment of s 10 (Prescribed amount for additional levy—Act, s 80(5)(b)) (1) Section 10, heading, ‘s 80(5)(b)’— omit, insert — ‘ s 80(6)(b) ’. (2) Section 10, ‘80(5)(b)’— omit, insert— ‘80(6)(b) 1 ’. 4 Amendment of s 16 (Declaration of corresponding laws or reciprocating States or Territories—Act, s 91) (1) Section 16(1), after ‘Each of’— insert— ‘the’.
