s1 2 s4 Building and Construction Industry (Portable Long No. 220, 2004 Service Leave) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Building and Construction Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2004 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 January 2005. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the BuildingandConstructionIndustry (Portable Long Service Leave) Regulation 2002. 4 Amendment of s 7 (Prescribed percentage for levy—Act, s 72) Section 7, ‘0.075%’— omit, insert — ‘0.175%’.
