This regulation may be cited as the Building and Construction Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1999 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the BuildingandConstructionIndustry(Portable Long Service Leave) Regulation 1992 . ˙ Insertion of new s 3AA 3. After section 3A— insert— ˙ ‘ Authority’s trading name—Act s 8 ‘ 3AA. The trading name ‘QLEAVE’ is prescribed for the authority.’. ˙ Amendment of s 19 (Declaration of reciprocating States or Territories—Act, s 91) 4. Section 19— insert— ‘(f) Tasmania.’. ˙ Amendment of s 20 (Declaration of corresponding law—Act, s 91) 5. Section 20— insert— ‘(f) Construction Industry (Long Service) Act 1997 (Tas).’.
