s1 2 s3 Building and Construction Industry Payments (Postponement) Regulation 2005 No. 80, 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Building and Construction Industry Payments (Postponement) Regulation 2005 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 20 May 2006. 1 (2) In this section— postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act 2004 . 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 22 May 2006.
