1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Amendment Regulations 2007 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 March 2007.

Schedule 1 amends the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Regulations 2005.
