Building and Construction Industry Improvement Amendment (OHS) Act 2007

I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2 (1) of the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Amendment (OHS) Act 2007, fix 1 October 2007 as the day on which item 2 of Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
