These regulations are the Building Amendment Regulations
(No. 4) 2008.

Building Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2008

Made by the Governor in Executive Council under the Local Government
(Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1960 section 433A and the Local
Government Act 1995 section 9.60.

1.            Citation

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Building
Regulations 1989.

4.            Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 is amended as follows:

(a)

in columns 2 and 3 of the item relating to Esperance, by " and lots measuring 10 ha or less ";

(b)

in column 3 of the item relating to Williams, by deleting " Whole district ".
