Building Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2012

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Brrilcling 4mendinent Regulations

(No. 3) 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a) regulations 1 and 2 on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(h) the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.

3.              Regulations amended

These reuhit1ons amend the Building Regidations 2012.

4.             Regulation 3 amended

(1)	In i ,eulation 3 delete the definition of FESA.
(2)	In i ,egulation 3 insert in alphabetical order:

FES Coniinissioner has the meaning given in the Fire and Einergc r nc •y Services Act 1998 section 3;

(b)	in subparagraph (i) delete "to FESA" and insert:
to the FES Commissioner

5.              Regulation 13 amended

In regulation 13(b) delete "At.rrhoriry of Western Australia".

6.             Regulation 17 amended

In regulation 1 7(e):

(a) in subparagraph (i) delete "with FESA" and insert:

with the FES Commissioner's

(c) in suhparal,raphs (ii), (iii) and (iv) delete "FESA" (each

occurrence) and insert: the FES Commissioner

7.             Regulation 18 amended

In reulation 18(4) delete ``FESA" and insert:

the FES Commissioner

Mental Health (Authorisation of Public

Hospitals) Amendment Order 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.              Citation

This order is the Mental Health (Authorisation of'Prrhlic•
Hospitals) Anendmeni Order 2012.

2.              Commencement

This order comes into operation as follows

(a)	clauses I and 2 — on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the order on the day after that day.

3.             Order amended

This order amends the Mental Health (/1nrthorisation a/'Public
Hospitals) Order 2002.
