These regulations are the
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.
These regulations amend the
In regulation 48 delete the definition of
In regulation 50(2) delete “restricting access” and insert:
that restricts access to the pool and complies with the requirements of regulation 50A (and, if applicable, regulation 52)
