Building Amendment Regulations 2020

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Building Amendment
Regulations 2020.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — when the Caravan Parks

and Camping Grounds Amendment Regulations 2020

regulation 7 comes into operation.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Building Regulations 2012.

4.             Schedule 4 amended

In Schedule 4 clause 2 after item 9 insert:

9A.	Building work for a manufactured home or attachment as those terms are defined in the Caravan Parks and Camping Grounds
Regulations 1997 regulation 40A.
