Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1960

Building Amendment Regulations 2008

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council under section 433A of the
Act and the Local Government Act 1995 section 9.60.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Building Amendment
Regulations 2008.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Building Regulations 1989.
4.	Schedule 2 amended Schedule 2 is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting the items relating to Geraldton, Greenough, Northam (Town) and Northam (Shire);
(b)	by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical positions -

Geraldton- Whole district
Greenough Whole district Whole district

Northam Whole district Whole district Whole district

(c)

in Column 3 in the item relating to "West Arthur" by " Whole district ".
