Building Amendment Regulations 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council under section 433A of the
Act and the Local Government Act 1995 section 9.60.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Building Amendment

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Building
Regulations 1989*.

3.             Regulation 38A amended

Regulation 38A is amended by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical position

"Australian Standard AS 1926.1" means Australian

Standard AS 1926.1 — 1993 incorporating
Amendment No. 1 only;

4.            Regulation 38B amended

Regulation 38B(4)(c)(i) is amended by inserting before
"AS 1926.1" —
" Australian Standard
