Building Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Building Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2014 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 15 December 2014. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Building Regulation 2006. 4 Amendment of s 51AB (Approval of amendment of QDC by replacing part MP 1.4) (1) Section 51AB(1), ‘2 December 2013’— omit, insert — 13 November 2014 (2) Section 51AB(2), ‘13 December 2013’— omit, insert — 15 December 2014 5 Amendment of s 53A (Notice requirement for particular building development approvals) (1) Section 53A(1)(b), ‘the relevant service provider’— omit, insert— a sewerage service provider (2) Section 53A(1)(c), ‘relevant service provider’— omit, insert— sewerage service provider (3) Section 53A(1)— insert— Page 2 2014 SL No. 293
