Building Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Building Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2010 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Building Regulation 2006 . 3 Omission of ss 51B–51BD and 51BG–51BJ Sections 51B to 51BD and 51BG to 51BJ— omit. 4 Amendment of s 51BE (Approval of amendment of QDC by replacing part MP4.1) (1) Section 51BE(1), ‘13 April’— omit, insert— ‘30 July’. (2) Section 51BE(2), ‘1 May’— omit, insert— ‘1 September’. 5 Insertion of new s 51BF After section 51BE— insert— ‘51BF Approval of amendment of QDC by adding part MP4.4 ‘(1) The amendment of the QDC by adding part MP4.4 published by the chief executive on 10 August 2010 is approved under section 13(3) of the Act. ‘(2) The approval takes effect on 1 September 2010.’.
