Building Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2015 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Building Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2015 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 17 August 2015. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Building Regulation 2006. 4 Replacement of s 51BF (Approval of amendment of QDC by adding part MP 4.4) Section 51BF— omit, insert— 51BF Approval of amendment of QDC by replacing part MP 4.4 (1) The amendment of the QDC by replacing part MP 4.4 published by the chief executive on 29 May 2015 is approved under section 13(3) of the Act. (2) The approval takes effect on 17 August 2015.
