Building Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Building Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2012 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 6 August 2012. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Building Regulation 2006. 4 Replacement of s 51BE (Approval of amendment of QDC by replacing part MP4.1) Section 51BE— omit, insert— ‘51BE Approval of amendment of QDC by replacing part MP 4.1 ‘(1) The amendment of the QDC by replacing part MP 4.1 published by the chief executive on 10 July 2012 is approved under section 13(3) of the Act. ‘(2) The approval takes effect on 6 August 2012.’. 5 Amendment of s 51BF (Approval of amendment of QDC by adding part MP4.4) Section 51BF, ‘part MP4.4’— omit, insert— ‘part MP 4.4’. 6 Amendment of s 51BK (Approval of amendment of QDC by adding part MP3.3) Section 51BK, ‘part MP3.3’— omit, insert— Page 2 2012 SL No. 119
