Building Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Building Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2010 . 2 Commencement Section 5 commences on 1 May 2010. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Building Regulation 2006 . 4 Replacement of s 51BE (Approval of amendment of QDC by replacing part MP4.1) Section 51BE— omit, insert — ‘51BE Approval of amendment of QDC by replacing part MP4.1 ‘(1) The amendment of the QDC by replacing part MP4.1 published by the chief executive on 13 April 2010 is approved under section 13(3) of the Act. ‘(2) The approval takes effect on 1 May 2010.’. 5 Omission of s 51BF (Approval of amendment of QDC by adding part MP2.4) Section 51BF— omit .
