Building Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Building Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Building Regulation 2006. 3 Amendment of s 13 (Land liable to flooding) Section 13(2)— omit, insert— (2) The local government must, in designating a natural hazard management area (flood), comply with the document called ‘Interim policy for mitigating the adverse impacts of floods’ published by the department.
