Building Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Building Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Building Regulation 2006. 3 Amendment of s 32 (Certificate of inspection) Section 32(1), from ‘if—’ to ‘has’— omit, insert— ‘if the inspecting person— (a) has’. 4 Amendment of s 33 (Noncompliance notice) Section 33(1), from ‘if—’ to ‘has’— omit, insert— ‘if the inspecting person— (a) has’. 5 Amendment of s 51BE (Approval of amendment of QDC by replacing part MP4.1) (1) Section 51BE(1), ‘27 November 2009’— omit, insert— ‘4 February 2010’.
