Building Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Building Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 May 2009. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Building Regulation 2006. 4 Omission of ss 51BA and 51BB Sections 51BA and 51BB— omit. 5 Replacement of s 51BE (Approval of amendment of QDC by replacing part MP4.1) Section 51BE— omit, insert— ‘51BE Approval of amendment of QDC by replacing part MP4.1 ‘(1) The amendment of the QDC by replacing part MP4.1 published by the chief executive on 2 April 2009 is approved under section 13(3) of the Act. ‘(2) The approval takes effect on 1 May 2009.’.
