s1 2 s3 Building Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 No. 280, 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Building Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Building Regulation 2006. 3 Insertion of new s 51BA After section 51B— insert— ‘51BA Approval of replacement QDC part 14 ‘(1) Replacement QDC part 14 published by the chief executive on 5 November 2007 is approved under section 13(3) of the Act. ‘(2) The approval takes effect on 30 November 2007.’.
