s1 2 s4 Building Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 No. 197, 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Building Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Building Regulation 2003. 3 Amendment of s 3 (Fees) (1) Section 3(2)— omit, insert— ‘(2) The fee accompanying a request, under section 7 of the Act, to fast-track a decision for an application to vary how the StandardBuildingRegulation applies to building work (the fast-track fee ) is in addition to the fee payable for the application.’. (2) Section 3(3), ‘for the fast-track decision’— omit, insert— ‘to fast-track the decision’. 4 Replacement of sch 1 (Fees) Schedule 1— omit, insert— ‘Schedule 1 Fees section 3 1 Application to vary how the StandardBuildingRegulation applies to building work (Act, s 5)— (a) if a site inspection by the chief executive is not required and the building has a floor area of— (i) 500m 2 or less . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 369
