s1 2 s4 Building Amendment (No. 1) No. 157, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Building Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Building Regulation 1991 . ˙ Insertion of new s 5 3. After section 4— insert— ˙ ‘ Specified land ‘ 5. The land described in the Schedule is specified for the purpose of section 30G(3) of the Act.’. ˙ Insertion of new Schedule 4. After section 5— insert— ‘ SCHEDULE ‘ SPECIFIED LAND section 5 Lots 2 and 4 on RP841546 situated in the county of Fraser, parish of Poyungan and known as Kingfisher Bay Resort and Village.’.
