Building Amendment (Fees Expiry Date) Interim Regulations 2022
The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy, with the advice of the Executive Council, makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Building Regulations 2018 to change the date for the revocation of certain regulations prescribing fees.
2Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 261 and 262 of, and Schedule 1 to, the Building Act 1993.
3Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 30 June 2022.
4Principal Regulations
In these Regulations, the Building Regulations 2018[1] are called the Principal Regulations.
5Revocation of regulations prescribing fees
In regulation 286 of the Principal Regulations, for "1 July 2022" substitute "1 July 2023".
6Revocation of these Regulations
These Regulations are revoked on 29 June 2023.
