BUILDERS' REGISTRATION (SCHEDULED AREAS) REGULATIONS 1 996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council under section 3

(2).

Citation

1.      These regulations may be cited as the Builders' Registration (Scheduled

Areas) Regulations 1996.

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on 1 March 1996.

Schedule amended

3.      The Schedule to the Builders' Registration Act 1939* is amended in

item 4A -

(a)	by deleting "and" a t the end of paragraph (0;
(b)	by deleting the full stop at the end of paragraph (g) and substituting a semicolon; and
(c)	by inserting after paragraph (g) the following paragraphs -

the townsites of Tom Price, Paraburdoo and

Onslow, in the Shire of Ashburton;

the townsites of Newman, Nullagine and

Marble Bar, in the Shire of East Pilbara;

the townsite of Exmouth in the Shire of

Exmouth;

the townsites of Port Hedland, South Hedland

and Wedgefield in the Shire of Port Hedland;

the townsite of Broome in the Shire of Broome;

and

the townsites of Derby Fitzroy Crossing and Camballin in the Shire of Derby-West Kimberley. p ,
