BUILDERS' REGISTRATION (SCFIEDULED AREAS) REGULATIONS

1994

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council under section 3 (2).

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Builders' Registration (Scheduled

Areas) Regulations 1994.

Schedule amended

2.      The Schedule to the Builders' Registration Act 1939* is amended in item 5

by inserting after "section 28 of that Act" the following

, other than the Shires of Mukinbudin, Mt Marshall and

Narambeen
