Builders’ Registration Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2009

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Builders’ Registration Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2009.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations —

(i) Builders’ Registration

immediately after the comes into operation; or

(ii) Gazette Builders’ Registration Amendment Regulations 2009

if these regulations are published in the regulation 4 comes into operation — on that later day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Builders’ Registration Regulations.

4.             Second Appendix amended

In the Second Appendix delete item 10 and insert:

10. s. 34A	On a complaint or application to the Disputes
r. 19	Tribunal —

(a)	by a financially disadvantaged person	20
(b)	by any other person	32
