Builders’ Registration Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2008

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Builders’ Registration Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2008.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations —

(i) Builders’ Registration

immediately after the comes into operation; or

(ii) Gazette Builders’ Registration Amendment Regulations 2008

if these regulations are published in the regulation 4 comes into operation — that later day.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Builders’
Registration Regulations.

4.             Second Appendix amended

The Second Appendix is amended by inserting after item 9 the following item —
“
10. s. 34A	On a complaint or application to the Disputes

r. 19 Tribunal —

(a) by a financially disadvantage person	19
(b) by any other person	31

”.
