Builders' Registration Amendment

Regulations 2007

Made by the Builders' Registration Board of Western Australia and approved by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Builders 'Registration Amendment
Regulations 2007.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations -

(1) on 2 July 2007; or

(ii) if these regulations are published in the Gazette

on a later day, on that day.

3.           The regulations amended

46 $20 000 ".

The amendments in these regulations are to the Builders'
Registration Regulations*.

4.            Regulation 18 amended

Regulation 18 is amended by deleting "$12 000" in each place where it occurs and inserting instead -
