Builders' Registration Amendment

Regulations 2006

The amendments in these regulations are to the Builders'
Registration Regulations*.
[* Reprint 2 as at 3 February 2006.]

Made by the Builders' Registration Board of Western Australia and approved by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Builders' Registration Amendment
Regulations 2006.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2006.

3.            The regulations amended

4.            Second Appendix replaced

The Second Appendix is repealed and the following Appendix is inserted instead —
