BUILDERS' REGISTRATION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1998

Made by the Builders' Registration Board of Western Australia and approved by the

Governor in Executive Council.

Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Builders' Registration Amendment
Regulations 1998.
Principal regulations
2. In these regulations the Builders' Registration Regulations* are referred to as the

principal regulations.

Regulation 15 amended
3. Regulation 15 (2) of the principal regulations is amended by inserting after

"accompanied by the" the following

relevant ".

Regulation 18 amended

4.   Regulation 18 of the principal regulations is amended —

(a)	in subregulation (1) by deleting "4 (1) (A) (i)" and inserting instead — " 4 (1) (A) (d) (i) ";
(b)	in subregulation (1) by deleting "$10 000" and inserting instead — " $12000 ";and
(c)	in subregulation (2) by deleting "$10 000" and inserting instead — " $12000 ".

Second Appendix amended
5. The Second Appendix to the principal regulations is amended by inserting after the
final item the following item —
