BUILDERS' REGISTRATION ACT 1939

BUILDERS' REGISTRATION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1997

Legislation of Western Australia, Table 4, p. 24.1

Made by the Builders' Registration Board and approved by the Governor in

Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Builders' Registration Amendment

Regulations 1997.

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on 1 January 1998.

Principal regulations

3.      In these regulations the Builders' Registration Regulations* are referred

to as the principal regulations.

First Appendix amended

4.      The First Appendix to the principal regulations is amended —

(a) in Form No. 2 by deleting "of 10/6" and substituting the

following —

" fee ";

(b) in Form No. 4 by deleting "of £3.3.0"; and
(c) in Form No. 7 by deleting "of 5s.".

Second Appendix repealed and an Appendix substituted

5.     The Second Appendix to the principal regulations is repealed and the

following Appendix is substituted —
