BUILDERS' REGISTRATION.

No. 33 of 1965.

AN ACT to amend the Builders' Registration Act,

1939-1961.

[Assented to 21st October, 19651

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:—

Short title	1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Builders'
and citation.

2. Section six of the principal Act is amended amended.

by substituting for subsection (4) the following

subsection

(4) Each member of the Board (including the chairman) shall be paid out of the funds of the Board such fee as shall from time to time be prescribed. .
