These regulations are the Builders' Registration Amendment
Regulations 2009.

Regulations 2009

Made by Board with the approval of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

2432 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2:1 June 2009

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations —

(i)     on 1 July 2009; or

(ii)     if these regulations are published in the Gazette on a later day — on that day.

3. Regulations amended
These regulations amend the Builders' Registration Regulations.

4.            Second Appendix amended

(1)	This regulation amends the Second Appendix.
(2)	Amend the items listed in the Table as set out in the Table.
