GAUDRON J:   This application for special leave to appeal was considered by Justices McHugh, Gummow and myself.  The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from the decision of the Full Federal Court of Australia dismissing his appeal from an order sequestrating his estate in bankruptcy.  There is no reason to doubt the correctness of the decision of the Full Court and thus special leave is refused with costs.  I publish our grounds for decision.

AT 10.21 AM THE MATTER WAS CONCLUDED
