REASONS FOR DECISION

1. The Respondent advises that he is not the owner of the property for which the fence contribution has been sought. He is ready to have the matter dismissed. The process, when the Applicant’s amended application is submitted, would be to join the correct Respondent rather than dismissing the matter. The matter will have to wait, when and if, this amended application is received.
