GUMMOW J:   This application will be proceeding to an oral hearing in the ordinary way.  It is listed this morning, however, to indicate that whilst the materials the Court already has on behalf of the applicant were prepared with legal assistance nevertheless the Court on the hearing of the oral proceeding would be greatly assisted if the presentation were in the hands of counsel.
