13 it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

with the advice and coment of the Legislative Council

and Legislative Assembly of Western Ausiialia. in this present

Parliament as. sembied, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. That portion of permanent, reserve numbered 8519 known Change of purpose

as Broome Lot 136, containing two roods and sixteen perches, of 11°1111 it?,	and now dedicated to the purpose of recreation. is hereb y excluded Reserve	8519.
from the said reserve, and is constituted permanent rescsne number
991-4 .A. and dedicated to the purpose of a mechanics' institute.
