No. 20 of 1922.

AN ACT to authorise the Sale of the Land comprised in Reserve A 4568, and set apart for the purpose of a Racecourse at Broome Hill, and the application of the Proceeds of the Sale towards the purchase and improvement of other Land vested in the Broome Hill Road Board.

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority

of the same, as follows :—

This Act may be cited as the Broome Hill Racecourse

Short title.

Act, 1922.

Kojonup Location 4770, being the land comprised in Reserve A 4568 and leased under section forty-two of

Trustees empowered

to sell Kamp

Location 4770.

the Land Act, 1898, to trustees for the Broome Hill Race Club, may be granted to the trustees for an estate in fee simple, and the trustees are hereby empowered to sell the said land and transfer the same to the purchaser for an estate in fee simple freed and discharged from all trusts affecting the said land.

trust to apply such proceeds in or towards the purchase chase money.

The trustees shall hold the proceeds of such sale in Application of part

and improvement of other lands to be approved by the Minister for Lands, which lands shall be transferred to the Broome Hill Road Board, and held for the purposes of a racecourse, show and recreation grounds, and other similar purposes.
